Ps3 having trouble?

The ps3... wow what did sony do wrong? The console was having trouble before it even came out with the "bulky controllers". The console had a rocky start with low sales, partly due to the high prices. But with all of the technology in the ps3 ie, blu-ray, core processor, built in media slots, and hdmi full 1080i output the price maybe justified. Then with the ps3 loosing most of its main titles will it “die” or will it gather momentum with games like “fallout” and “metal gear solid four”. I guess only time will tell for sure.
